Hamit Topaloğlu provides professional Hotel Investment and Management Consultancy, specializing in Hotel Investment Planning, Hotel Feasibility Studies, Hotel Brand Selection, Hotel Brand Integration, Concept Development, and Pre-Opening Management.
After graduating from Dokuz EylülUniversity School of Tourism and Hotel Management, Hamit began his hospitality career at Hilton İzmir.
During his university years, throughout the summer periods when the university was closed, he worked in several hospitality operations and pre-opening projects, including Selçuk Hitit Restaurant, Marmaris Balcı Hotel Pre-Opening, İçmeler Fortuna Hotel Pre-Opening, Alanya Serapsu Hotel, and Kiriş World Hotel Kemer Pre-Opening projects.
Hamit started his professional career at Hilton İzmir in the Food & Beverage Pre-Opening team as a busboy at the famous Windows on the Bay Restaurant. Within only one year, thanks to his performance and rapid career progression, he was promoted to Restaurant & Bar Manager of WOB Restaurant & Bar. Later, he was appointed as Head Waiter of the All-Day Dining Restaurant.
In his sixth year at Hilton İzmir, due to his achievements in creativity, cost control, sales performance, and guest satisfaction, he was promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Following his successful performance, he was promoted to Food & Beverage Manager of Hilton İzmir, where he served in this position for two years.
Subsequently, due to the opening of Adana HiltonSA Hotel, he was transferred as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for the hotel’s Pre-Opening process. Upon successful completion of the opening, he was promoted to Food & Beverage Manager.
After serving for two years at Adana HiltonSA, Hamit was transferred to Sheraton Çeşme Hotel as Food & Beverage Director & Deputy General Manager. Following only two months in this position, he was promoted to General Manager of Sheraton Çeşme. During his tenure at Sheraton Çeşme, he completed Finance training programs and obtained certifications from Cornell University. Due to his successful performance as General Manager, he was transferred to Hilton Kayseri as General Manager.
During his tenure at Hilton Kayseri, he attended numerous executive leadership and General Manager training programs organized by Hilton Worldwide. He also completed educational programs at Bilgi University in Economics, Marketing, Finance, General Management, and Accounting.
After six successful years as General Manager of Hilton Kayseri, he was transferred to Rixos Grand Ankara Hotel as General Manager. The hotel features four large ballrooms with a simultaneous service capacity of 3,600 guests and is recognized as one of Ankara’s leading destinations for banquets, congresses, and weddings.
Following two years at Rixos Grand Ankara, Hamit was transferred to Azerbaijan to lead the Pre-Opening and opening process of Rixos Quba Azerbaijan Golf Resort as General Manager. After successfully opening the hotel, he continued serving as General Manager for 3.5 years.
He was later transferred to Dedeman İstanbul and Park Dedeman Levent Hotels as Cluster General Manager.
Subsequently, Hamit was appointed as General Manager to lead the Pre-Opening and opening process of Akrones Thermal SPA & Convention Hotel. After successfully completing the opening and operational setup of the property, he began providing professional hotel consultancy services under HMT Hospitality Management & Transformation.
Following strong experience, he established HMT Hospitality Management & Transformation and continues to provide professional consultancy services for hotel investments, hotel operations, pre-opening management, concept development, brand integration, operational restructuring, and hospitality management projects.
