Sheraton Cesme Hotel has 377 rooms in total; 268 standard, 70 Family rooms, 35 Suites, 1 Presidential Suite, 3 V.I.P Suites.
The hotel includes 5 restaurants, 6 bars, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a beach for
700 people, 2 tennis courts, a bowling alley and a Spa Centre of 2400 sqm.
The meeting capacity is up to 2000 people which includes, a ballroom for 800 people and a multi-function meeting room for 600 people, and 8 meeting rooms.
Some activities at the Spa Centre are; Luxury thermal therapy, natural thermal indoor-outdoor pool, steam bath, solarium, Jet shower, Banleo therapy, massage, body care treatments and physiotherapy.
GOP ratio has been increased from 36, 88% (in 2003) to 42, 36% (2004 September
YTD) by controlling manning and the expenses, and average room rate has increased from 65, 63 $ (in 2003) to 69,82 $ ( 2004 September YTD ) .
Manning expenses to total revenue has been decreased from %20.80 (in 2003) to %
17.27 (2004 September YTD) by planning manning according to the business and using staff effectively.
Total general expenses per guest has been decreased from 48, 39 $ (in 2003) to 45, 26$
Extra food, beverage and other revenue per guest has been increased from 20,16 $ (in
2003) to 21,75 $
Guest Service Delivery has been increased from 61,79 ( in 2003 ) to 75,52 ( in 2004 ) according to LRA inspection results, by implementing Starwood Standards and Training
